We are proud of our young talent: Henning Tittel (precision engineer) and Mats Lindhorst (electronics technician for automation and systems engineering) took first place in the “German Craft Skills Championship” at regional level, making them regional champions in their respective professions in the district of Gütersloh.

But that’s not all: both also impressed at the state level – Henning Tittel came second in North Rhine-Westphalia and Mats Lindhorst came third.

The awards ceremony took place on October 16, 2025, at the Campus Handwerk in Bielefeld.

Ralf Noltemeyer, Vice President of the East Westphalia-Lippe Chamber of Crafts, emphasized the outstanding performance of the young craftsmen and women: “They not only passed the most important exam in their professional careers to date, but mastered it with flying colors.”

Thorsten Schulte, training manager at the Kraft Group, emphasizes: “The success of Henning and Mats shows how valuable committed young talent is for a company. Through good training, we promote young talent and thus support the positive development of our company.”
