It is since 2022, that G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH and Becker Sonder-Maschinenbau GmbH successfully and closely cooperate and act under the umbrella of Kraft-Group.

As a result of the cooperation, the company’s location in Mastholte is focussing on process solutions for continuous production and the location in Langenberg on sustainable packaging solutions and complex sawing technology.

This very successful cooperation and increasingly intertwined business are now also resulting in a legal merger of Becker Sonder-Maschinenbau GmbH into G. Kraft Maschinenbau effective January 1st, 2024, that will be executed within the coming weeks.

Thus, G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH will enter into the legal succession of Becker Sonder-Maschinenbau GmbH. As a result, all receivables, assets and liabilities of Becker Sonder-Maschinenbau GmbH will be assumed by G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH. Your operational contact persons at both locations will remain unchanged.

Notwithstanding this merger, the brand names used and the value proposition Kraft and Becker offer, will be continued.
