Kick-off for the future: 18 new trainees will join the Kraft Group in 2025

August 25, 2025 was a truly joyful occasion for us: we warmly welcome 18 new trainees to the Kraft Group! With them, our team of young talents has grown to 65 trainees, and we are very proud of that.

Our new trainees are starting in the following apprenticeship professions:

- 8 precision mechanics
- 3 electronics technicians
- 2 IT specialists, specializing in application development
- 2 mechatronics engineers
- 2 technical product designers
- 1 cutting machine operator

Our trainees can expect over 1,300 m² full of opportunities at the Kraft Group's modern training center. Here, they can develop their talents, learn about innovative technologies, and put their own ideas into practice. We are aware of how important good training is for their professional future, and we are committed to ensuring that our trainees have the best possible conditions for their start in working life.

With a comprehensive introductory phase and the opportunity to switch between Mastholte and Langenberg as well as a wide variety of departments, our new trainees get to know the Kraft Group from many different perspectives. They can immerse themselves in exciting projects, get involved in different teams, and gain valuable experience that goes far beyond the training content. Right from the start, they are actively involved in our processes and take on their first tasks in customer projects.

The promotion of young talent is particularly important at the Kraft Group. Even after completing their training, we continue to support committed trainees and, for example, offer them the opportunity to pursue a practice-integrated degree program if their performance is good.

We wish all new trainees a good start, every success, and lots of enjoyment in the exciting tasks that lie ahead. We are delighted to have you as part of our team!
